The Sumner Strait AC has 15 seats. The areas of jurisdiction for the Sumner Strait AC listed in regulation (5 AAC 97.005) are Game Management Units 1B, 2, and 3; Southeastern Alaska Area finfish; and Southeastern Alaska–Yakutat Area shellfish.
